1. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP.
Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers (Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for dispatch — please double-check your details before confirming.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Need to change your order? Email us ASAP at [your email] — we’ll do our best, but once it’s packed and posted, it’s out of our hands.
We reserve the right to cancel any order (e.g. stock error or suspected misuse). If we do, you’ll be refunded in full.

3. Product Info & Use

Our nails are for cosmetic use only. Please check our Allergen Information and Nail Reset Care Plan before applying.
We don’t recommend wearing them for more than a few days at a time without giving your natural nails a break. Press-on's should be enhancing your your beauty not damaging them more, so monitor how your own nails react.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items unless faulty.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and product designs on this site are the property of Broke Housewife. Please don’t copy or reuse without permission.

6. Site Use

Don’t misuse our site — that includes hacking, scraping, spamming, or pretending to be someone you’re not. We’ll block access if we have to.
