💅 Can I Return My Order?
Yes — but only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Because of hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns if:

The packaging is unsealed & tampered with or damaged

The product shows signs of use

Items are missing from the set (like glue tabs or tools)
✨ Most of our customers don’t need to return — our kits are carefully packed and checked before shipping.
📮 How Do I Return It?

Email us at brkehousewife@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Wait for a return approval and instructions.

Return the item using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (you'll cover the return postage).

Include your name and order number inside the package.
You’ll get your refund once we’ve received and checked the item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method

You’ll be refunded only for the product — original shipping costs are non-refundable ( please refer to the Royal Mail website for up to date prices for Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for cost )

Please allow 5–7 business days after we’ve received your return to process the refund

While we offer free delivery on all UK orders, please note that if you return an item due to a change of mind, we reserve the right to deduct the total charges for postage from your refund to cover original shipping costs (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For).
